How to have a happy January: 4 essential life hacks from The Vamps
There's four times the fun to be had with and therefore, four times the advice they can give on how to stay happy this January.
It's a bleak old month, so we caught up with Brad, Connor, James and Tristan to find out what small things we can do to make life a little more bearable while we sit shivering and waiting for summer.
Here's what they had to say.
We saw A LOT of The Vamps in 2016
Brad thinks we should all be a bit nicer to other people.
"Treat others as you would wish to be treated," he tells Radio 1.
"It's something i'll be doing. Or at least i'll be trying to."
James has some practical advice for anyone trying to get around in the capital.
"Always make sure your Oyster card is topped up before going anywhere in London," he says.
"If you're in a rush, it's difficult to top up. I've had a couple of horrible moments in rush hour."
Connor encourages fans to follow their footsteps into the music world.
"Learn to play an instrument, it will take the stress off life," he says. "Try and be as good at piano as . He's incredible."
Tristan, meanwhile, thinks we need to remember how important our family is.
"Keep close to your family and listen to what they have to say," he tells us.
"Family are the people who will stay with you even if you lose your friends. I'm really close with my family."
