How to have a happy January: Try joining a gym

Not sure about you, but we definitely ate too much last month, but that's what the festive season is all about right? Hmmmm, maybe not.

When we're facing more winter months, the last thing we need is to be feeling bad about our bodies. As cliched as it is, January really is the best time to try and be more physical. Exercise really does make you feel better. Scientists agree.

"Get to the gym," Olly tells Radio 1.

"I know everyone says they haven't got time but you can always make time, even if it's half an hour. Just get a little blow-out."

Olly says the worst thing about January is sitting around feeling miserable about all the mince pies we ate at Christmas.

"I think the reason everyone gets so depressed after Christmas is because we eat so much," he says.

"A little bit of gym work can help."
