I live in Watford. I was born and raised in Sweden and moved to London in 1997.
Tell us a bit about yourself
I have always been interested in fitness but due to traditional values it has always taken a back seat.
Because I didn't take care of myself when I was younger, as an adult I struggle with aches and pain if I overdo it. I recently have realised how important it is to look after yourself first and everything else comes second, and like they say, it’s never too late!
I am now determined to change my life for good and don’t want to give up until I have reached my goal completely. The challenge then is to maintain that lifestyle.
Why do you want to make your move?
I am excited to find out if by the end of this challenge I will be able to perform loads of yoga moves and keep going to next level. I have never done yoga in my life, but I'm determined to become more flexible and make my body stronger.
Make Your Move is inspiring me in so many ways, it will be a challenge and hopefully we all can motivate each other whenever we feel low or have less confidence.
What is your motivational mantra?
Keep trying, one day you will get there.
What challenge would you like to try next?
The Couch to 5K, as it has always been my dream to run long distance. I would love to be able to register for the London Marathon one day. Once you set your mind to something you can do it, I know its true but I haven't managed to prove it to myself. Yet.
