Help Yourself by Tom Jones is a classic piece of 1960s big band romance.
Released in 1968, Help Yourself was a re-working of an existing Italian song, Gli Occhi Miei.
Its strident chorus exhorting a lover to "Help yourself to my lips" suited both Jones' voice and his brash, confident stage performance. It became a standard in his own shows and American radio.
