Highlights of Hadrian's Wall of Sound
Hadrian's Wall of Sound was an ambitious musical relay that spanned 73 miles. The event began at daybreak in Bowness-on-Solway in West Cumbria and finished in Wallsend, North Tyneside 14 hours later.
Hundreds of musicians travelled 117km along the wall using transport including a vintage bus, motorbikes, unicycles and a tractor, passing a baton shaped like a music note from performer to performer.
