A new Guinness World Record was created on 麻豆社 Music Day! The Greatest Distance Between Singers of a Duet was achieved by a variety of Welsh choirs, the 麻豆社 National Orchestra of Wales and singers 7000 miles away in Patagonia.

In the evening, 麻豆社 Two Wales broadcast the Manic Street Preachers live from Cardiff Castle. Ten thousand fans attended to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their landmark album 'The Holy Bible'.

1620 – 1630 - The World Record Attempt for 'The Greatest Distance Between Singers of a Duet' takes place at Hoddinott Hall. Accompanied by the 麻豆社 National Orchestra of Wales, Shan Cothi in Cardiff sang with Andres Evans in Patagonia. The choir in Cardiff were be made up of Cor Ysgol Gerdd y Gaiman, Cor Radio Cymru, NOW Chorus, Cor CF1, and the Only Kids Aloud Chorus.
