Fraighig an hama son beagan mhionaidean agus an uair sin cuir ris agus fraighig na uinneanan agus na currain fad dhà neo trì mhionaidean eile.
Geàrr an grùthan agus na h-àirnean ann am pìosan gun a bhith ro bheag agus cuir còmhdach flùir orra.
Cuir an fheòil dhan phana agus fraighig beagan mhionaidean eile gus an tig beagan dath air.
Dòirt ann uisge gu leòr airson na tha sa phana a chòmhdach agus brist a-staigh an ciùb stoc. Bheir na tha seo gu ìre-goilidh.
Crath ann salann agus piobar agus leig leis bruich air a shocair fhèin fad uair a thìde gu leth aig teas meadhanach – mu 170C/160C.
GRANNIE'S LIVER CASSEROLE
Butter
3 rasher bacon
3 medium onions
2 carrots
8 oz liver
2 lamb kidneys
Flour
Salt and pepper
Water
Stock cube
Chop the bacon and fry for a few minutes in butter. Chop the onions and carrots and add to the pan and fry gently for another few minutes.
Chop the liver and kidneys into medium-sized pieces and roll in flour before adding to the pan and frying till coloured.
Add water to cover and break in the stock cube. Bring to the boil.
Add seasoning and transfer to the oven to cook slowly for 1 and a half hours on a medium heat (about 170C/160C).
