Unfortunately I have no crimbo stories worth sending & as a tyke I always had the ability to produce an epic tantrum at the prospect of wearing awful knitted Christmas clothes *evil grin*... which means I get to just watch and enjoy :-) And split my sides at the crimbo misery of others of course =P

I loved the show last night Russell. I have only recently become a fan of yours.
I have something that you may be able to put into your Christmas show next week. If you look on the Daily Mail website there is an article about how scientits have made the smallest snowman. I hope it comes in useful to you and the Good News team, if not that's fine. :)

What worries me about that man in the background is that in at least one of the clips he has a suitcase. Where did it go?

I think that fat guy should be asked onto the show. He could keep walking into shot behind Russell during the filming. Shouldn't be hard to find him - just need to go into London with a TV camera.

Lol definatly the fat man might become famouse especaly if he appears on the show,anyway im sure we will be seeing much more of him in the future am really chuffed you put the clip of him on

It was great fun watching this episode, especially as it were my first. I had been meaning to sit down and watch, so off to the iPlayer I went.
The joke about Tigger having ME really got me鈥� even more so as I have severe ME. :) I am housebound and often bedbound. It鈥檚 all the more funny because in order to lighten things a bit when I don鈥檛 feel quite so unwell, I tend to deliberately behave just how Russell did in that sketch! Even family will do pretty much the same, as they mimic my exaggerated bouts of fake tiredness: 鈥淥h, I鈥檓 too tired鈥� ner鈥� tired鈥� can鈥檛鈥� merrrr鈥︹�� It can be a real laugh at times!
When I really am poorly and cannot move, speak or bear any noise or light and am stuck in bed, things are not so funny, but there鈥檚 no point in doubling the misery. I鈥檇 rather laugh when I can, and I know many others with this condition do as well. :)
This illness can be very nasty and is often misunderstood, but that sketch made me and my parents (my carers) laugh, and that鈥檚 the main thing, surely? :)
And yes, it took me all morning to finish watching that episode because鈥� well鈥� to cut a long story short鈥� I was too tired. :D
