Â鶹Éç Comedy: Winning
Our Miranda has won big once again, this time at the Royal Televsion Awards, as has our favourite presenter of anything ever, Professor Brian Cox. Don't you think it's about time someone put them together in their own cop show? The Miranda Statement? Wonders of the Mirandaverse?
Mrs Brown's Mother's Day message
What better way to thank your mum for everything she's ever done for you (you ungrateful swine) than to get Mrs Brown to record her a lovely message?
Clockstoppers
The Twenty Twelve clock stops (causing an incredibly constructive chain of emails), and then the real one does. Â鶹Éç Comedy: the place to find out what might happen later in the week. Lets hope the real organisers are bit better at using Twitter than the ODC team.
"Social Media" (Phom. soh-shul meeed-yah)
Lots of fun was had on the tweetograph this week as you funny folk came up with #ChillaxedBondMovies. Some of the best ones:
- @paulfodz – On Her Majesty's Secret Sofa
- @milliwardipants – The World is Not a Problem
- @Daleyus – Casino Royale with Cheese
- @scandb – Slankets are Forever
Off the telly
There were plenty of highlights from David Walliam's 24 Hour Panel People, including John McCririck-fondling, violent Mark Owen anecdotes, the confusing rules to Blankety Blank, elegantly mimed Pooh, and those lovely boys Jedward being well and truly Lemoned.
It was St Patrick's day yesterday, so we threw a whole bunch of Irish classics at the website to accompany your hangover, such as legends Dave Allen and Dermot Morgan.
Get out your Mellortron and meet White Van Men Ollie and Darren.
Other funny stuff on t' web
