Congratulations to Miranda Hart, who scored a double-whammy by scooping the Best Comedy Performance and Best Scripted Comedy gongs for her all-conquering sitcom Miranda.

Getting On scribes Jo Brand, Vicki Pepperdine and Joanna Scanlan won the Best Writer (Comedy) prize for their bittersweet sitcom (on Â鶹Éç Four) and thoroughly deserved it is too (needless brackets).
