He finds life pretty straightforward and doesn鈥檛 understand people who don鈥檛. He鈥檚 got a big heart and he鈥檒l always try and see things from other people鈥檚 point of view. It doesn鈥檛 often work, but he鈥檒l give it a go.
Anything abstract he finds dull: art, politics, religion... 鈥業 can鈥檛 see the point of it, you know what I mean? What鈥檚 the point of it?鈥�
He's secretary of the Boat Club, does some driving for the local care home occasionally and the odd bit of plumbing for friends.

Music: Whatever鈥檚 on the radio, I鈥檓 not really fussed. If I鈥檓 at a party, I鈥檒l always dance to the old stuff - Herman鈥檚 Hermits, The Beach Boys... but I also like the new ones - Spice Girls, Take That.
Favourite Film: The Italian Job.
Favourite Book: Don鈥檛 do books, haven鈥檛 got the patience. Maureen buys me The Guinness Book Of Records for Christmas every year. I can鈥檛 believe how fat those people get.
