Wales will play Costa Rica at the game, to be held at Cardiff City Stadium on 29 February.

Singer and former Miss Wales, Courtenay Hamilton, who gave the Welsh footballers lessons in how to sing Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau before their game against England last year, : "I was not expecting to be asked at all because I know they have asked the Manic Street Preachers to come and they have got Bryn Terfel coming. I understood they would be asking some big-shots, so I thought, 'Great, I hope it's a fantastic day'. So when they asked I thought, 'Really, you want me to sing again?'

"Gary and I have spoken about the significance of the anthem."

The told us that musical acts attending the match are unconfirmed and they could not verify Hamilton's claims. The Manics' press company also weren't aware of any plans as yet.
