The return of the gig guide

Hi,

I will be resurrecting the gig guide for my show starting this coming Sunday night. If as a venue or promoter you're interested in having your gigs plugged, please send details of your events for the forthcoming week to:

themysterytour@gmail.com - please make the first words in your email's subject header GIG INFO:

I'll split the gig guide up over the course of the programme and aim for the following slots so that people interested in checking out what's coming up in the week can navigate easily to the gig guide at their convenience on the iPlayer.

10:20pm: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
11pm: Thursday & Friday
midnight: Saturday & Sunday

I'll aim to hit those times as accurately as I can. I won't be fading out a piece of music or shutting up an interesting guest to hit a junction, but the info will be as close to those times as is possible.

The gig guide will serve any new music events happening in Wales. I won't be covering the border areas, sorry. There just isn't the time.

I will also play one, maybe two, pieces of music after each slot to showcase the artists mentioned. I will play music from interesting non-Welsh bands in those slots, too.

In the past, assimilating the information for the gig guide has taken up a disproportionate amount of time. I'll keep this going every week if you're good enough to send me the requisite info.

If you know of any other promoters / venues who this may be of interest and use to, could you either tag them on this note, or mention them in a comment below.

Thank you!

Adam
