Thanks to everyone who's sent in a fully formed song from the embryonic 'Radio Song' ramblings from a previous show. We hope you can find time listen to them below!

Dear Adam and Joe, On a recent family outing to our loft, I was delighted to find our old record player. On it was a Long Player of The Ramones, recorded live in New York City, New Years eve, 1979. After we pogo'd around the long forgotten toys and Dad's old magazines, to the scatter gun drums and buzz saw guitars - we were amazed to find a hidden bonus track recorded by that little known and very underrated younger brother Adam Ramone. Hope you enjoy it. John Ramone from Epsom.

Hey Adam and Joe, please find enclosed one of my musical chops for you to feast on. I couldn't decide which song to use so I mixed em both up, Ronson-style. Hope you like it., Love you bye, Matt Deeble

Hi Adam Hi Joe, A contribution to your radio song song song. I started by Stretching Joe's first line of "OH" to last 36 seconds long and then had a massive creative block so I switched to Adams song, the results were bizarre. I need some sleep now. Rory Stacey

Dear Adam and Joe, I have attached my remix of Adam's Radio DJ song... I think this version would help it to break into the Scandinavian pop charts. All the best, Alex Plowright (from Derby)

Dear Adam and Joe, I really hope you like this. I've incorporated both of your singy bits onto a musicy bit that sounds a little like the Blankety Blank theme tune. After a couple of hours fiddling with your rather untidy but marvellous vocals and then more hours fitting the music around it I've come up with this little tune. I hope it's not too long. Also, I love Boggins and want to hear more of him. Can we have boggins at the end of a podmax? You can give plenty of warning so that the evil Boggins-haters can turn off without missing the show. Pretty pretty please with a cherry on top. Nigel Hill. xoxoxoxoxoxxxxoooxox SAVE BOGGINS

Hi Adam and Joe, here is my version of your DJ song antics, I've gone down a different route and incorporated both your vocals! Yes, the backing song is a GarageBand track but it sounds funky so who cares. I hope you like it! I call it The DJ Is Cool (The Best In The World). Enjoy! Cheers, Greg Jones, Formby.

What clever people/idiots with nothing better to do.

    Loved the Ramones one best.

Someone needs to do a disco one from Joe's. I'd do it myself but I am talentless and lazy.

    Well done! Eveyone.

hmm - Joe is rather poorly represented here. I was hoping to find the time to do an acapela harmony thang but it's not gonna happen now.

Awe and respect to everyone that got their act together.

    James the Producer,

will there be a podcast of the christmas eve show?

Pity A & J are going on sabbatical - the Black Squadron will rise again!

a belated "JUST COMING!" to you Mr aka_ken

John Ramone and Nigel Hill get my votes, both well structure ditties. I prefer Nigel's track because it incorporates both single songles with the jingle jongle.

Rory Stacey's tune takes me back to the days of Amiga music software and the tunes that were generated from that giant slab of a computer, which makes me happy... or it could be the large amount of illness medicine I'm on... or the lack of sleep...

Boggins for Christmas #2 then eating it.

Oh and will someone fix the damned camera icons on the A&J home page. Tell your IT bods the following chunk of wording, they will start whirring and beeping then drink some coffee and tap a keyboard to fix it.

The paths on the IMG tag src attribute are set to a local file. Probably looks fine on computers on the Â鶹Éç network but it doesn't to us Â鶹Éç castle moat dwellers. Make sure they are all set to src="/6music/shows/adamandjoe/media/gallery.gif" and it should work perfectly.

    Love you bye!

Hello The BeastieBhoy, yes there will be a podcast of the Christmas Eve show. There will be twelve podcasts in total, one (sometimes two) every day from 22nd December. This will be a mixture of old material in case you missed it first time round and some new bits we have recorded, such as the Boxing Day show.

  • Comment number 9.

Could you post a schedule of Adam and Joe shows over the Christmas period? I am lost as to when to tune in!

    My ears are yours.
    Craig
