The All Blacks coach gives us the secrets of success.

  • Get out there and give it a go!
Too many children today play computer games and they're just not physical enough. Obesity is on the rise and exercise is good for the brain as well as your body. You don't know how good you are until you give it a go.
  • You can't do it on your own
Sport teaches you that it's important to be humble. It also teaches you how to work with a group of people. You don't score a try by yourself. Someone wins the ball from a line out, someone makes the killer pass and someone else scores.
  • Set your sights high
The great rugby players have high expectations and demands of themselves and the people around them. Try to be selfless, honest and aim high.
  • It takes more than talent to be great
Talent is no use unless you've got a work ethic. It's a bit like having a flower in the garden; if you don't give it water, it won't grow. The only way to achieve your full potential is through hard work.

Positive mentality translates into everyday life.
