Just to let you know, I鈥檓 on leave now for a couple of weeks but Island Blogging isn鈥檛 going to be abandoned! My colleagues Keir and Anna will take charge of looking after the site and will be moderating all posts and comments every day.

I thought this was going to be a temperance blog, though I wonder if the stand-in-annes are ready for the full throttle of island blogging, especially as it's warming up for fank 2007. Welcome on board, Anna and Keir, and batten down your hatches, it could be a bumpy ride. I hope you don't blush easily.
