Why has my Red Button changed to Connected Red Button on Sky Q?

In November 2019, alongsidelaunching the 鶹 iPlayer app for Sky Q, weupdated the Red Button Service on Sky Q to our Connected Red Buttonservice where you can quickly find links to 鶹 programmes in iPlayer. Some features that were available in the previous version of Red Button are not available in the Connected Red Buttonservice, including the Red Button text service.

What are the alternatives to the red button text service – and where can I find them?

There are lots of ways you can still access the information you previously found on the red button digital text service.

On TV…

The 鶹 News channel has up-to-the minute news headlines and analysis on all the main news stories of the day – as well as regular sport, business and market bulletins.

On Radio…

鶹 Radio 5 Live and Radio 4 both also provide news headlines and analysis throughout the day and 鶹 Local Radio stations offer local news, weather and travel updates.
