Lemn SissayLemn Sissay is a writer and poet born and raised in the Manchester area. Now based in London ā€“ he moved for love not for money - Lemn is writer in residence at The South Bank in London. He is presently commissioned to write a poem that will be inlaid in sculpture in the heart of Europeā€™s richest financial district, The City. He is finishing his latest book of poetry ā€œListenerā€ and in terms of recording, Lemn wrote and recorded a poem on the award winning Leftfield album Leftism. He also presents documentaries on Radio 4, the last being a documentary on WH Audenā€™s Night Mail. He travels the world reading his poetry.

Alison BrumfittOver the years, of which there are getting to be quite a few, Alison Brumfitt has performed her unique, insightful and humorous brand of poetry around the Country including: Glastonbury, Leicester, Swindon, Ledbury, Cheltenham and Henley Festivals. She lives in Oxfordshire and performs there quite a lot, which cuts down on travelling. She likes Kinda Surprise Eggs, Whiskey and silly dancing.
