A favourite song:

Usifu JallohBy far my favourite song is Maambena Gedda, which is about unity. I give thanks to a particular colleague I worked with in Tabule Theatre called Adde, unfortunately he's passed away now. He devised the song and I've adapted it and it has influenced my life in a major way. It says "Make we gedda, make we gedda". In other words, let us all come together as one - and with the problems we've had in Sierre Leone with the horrific war, I couldn't think of a more appropriate song to perform anywhere. Adde called it Aambas Gedda, and I sing it all the time because it's so deep and meaningful.
