Elisabetta, 52, was born and raised in Milan, Italy but has lived in London for 30 years. She works as an NHS receptionist, and in her spare time is a passionate and talented artist. She is a very proud Italian cook and grew up watching her mother cook everything from scratch. Now it’s her turn to teach her daughters to fall in love with cooking. Italian ingredients and cooking will always be her passion but she is also influenced by the flavours she’s been introduced to in the culturally diverse community in North East London she calls home.
