'Santosh': British Film made in Hindi looks at Police Corruption in India

A Hindi language film about a female constable working in a corrupt police force in India is Britain's official entry for this year's Oscars.

'Santosh', directed by British filmmaker Sandhya Suri, qualifies for the Best International Feature Film category as more than half the movie isn't in the English language.

Last year another British film, 'The Zone of Interest', about a Nazi family living next door to the Auschwitz death camp, won two Academy Awards, including for Best International Feature.
