'Scotland has problem with hate speech'
The SNP鈥檚 Alyn Smith says Scotland needs to tackle its 鈥減roblem with hate speech鈥.
He told 麻豆社 Debate Night that concerns around police powers in the Hate Crime Bill have been 鈥渕assively overstated鈥.
The Stirling MP said that people have a right to free speech, but they 鈥渄o not have a right to hate speech鈥.
He called on parties to work together at Holyrood on the new legislation.
