Halloween 'not cancelled' in Scotland
Halloween is 鈥渘ot cancelled鈥 says Scottish government Social Security Secretary Shirley-Anne Somerville.
The SNP MSP told 麻豆社 Debate Night that families should be 鈥渄oing it differently鈥 during Covid.
She urged parents to explain to children the sacrifice they are making and mark the occasion as a household.
Conservative MSP Oliver Mundell added that vulnerable people 鈥渨ould not welcome鈥 trick-or-treaters at their door.
