Spicing up Ivory Coast鈥檚 economy with pepper
Just like Cameroon, known for its Penja pepper, or Madagascar and its world-renowned wild pepper, C么te d'Ivoire aims to raise its revenue with the spice. A booming sector鈥� From a national production of 20 tonnes in 2011, it鈥檚 shot up to 180 tonnes today. (Commodafrica). 麻豆社 Smart Money was in Tiassal茅, around 1 hundred kilometres from Abidjan, to meet with Jean-Eudes Kouadio Kacou, one of the leaders in this sector.
