Banning motorbikes in Lagos
Lagos in Nigeria is a city of 20 million people and it is choked with traffic. Motorbikes and 3 wheeler taxis, known as okada and keke, have been banned from the central business district since the beginning of February. The government says they are not a safe form of transport but many see them as an essential way to get around the city.
