How Africa learnt to fly
It’s easy to see the benefits of private aviation, no queues at the check-in counter, it's more efficient and there’s greater flexibility in terms of the travel schedule. It comes at a cost, however, having a private aircraft will set you back a tidy sum.
One of the most luxurious private jets in the world, the Gulfstream 450 costs a cool $41 million, while the planes here at The Airplane Factory aren’t in that price range they are still out of reach for many ordinary Africans.
