Do you limit your mobile phone use at home?
Research published in The Lancet suggests that people should not use their mobile phone and similar devices after 10pm to safeguard mental health. Dr Chris Smith, consultant virologist at Cambridge University, explains why he doesn't think using a mobile phone at night is a good idea.
