Has the IMF bailout improved Ghana's fiscal position?
In 2014 things came to a head for Ghana and the country was forced to ask the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a bailout. That subjected them to a monitoring programme by the international lenders.
But is the country on the path to recovery, or is it necessary for the IMF or World Bank to continue their involvement?
The 麻豆社's Lerato Mbele sat down with Henry Kerali, the World Bank's country head for Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia, to ask him.
