Ghanaian voters sample the 'election economy'
When you speak to ordinary traders in Accra, they summarise the economy in three parts. The first is "dumsor", the local term for the rolling blackouts. The second is jobs and employment for the youth. And the third, investments and the cost of borrowing - which can be anything above 30%.
Africa Business Report spoke to people in Accra about some of these issues.
