Should the UK take more refugees?
Labour MP Rachel Reeves backed calls from charities for the UK to take in 3,000 unaccompanied child refugees who have made it to Europe.
The former shadow welfare secretary said more children were at risk of trafficking 鈥渢he longer we prevaricate and delay鈥.
Conservative former Children鈥檚 Minister Tim Loughton said there was a 鈥渉umanitarian case鈥 in favour of the move, but warned it was 鈥渇raught with problems鈥 with a record number of UK children already in care and a shortage of foster carers.
