Does Europe have a future?
Frans Timmermans, first vice president of the European Commission, says anything that is man-made can be destroyed, including the European Union. But he says, at the moment he doesn't see a better way of dealing with common problems other than by working within the EU, which is why he continues to fight for a European future.
He was speaking during a panel discussion of World Questions in Brussels.
