Teacher shortage 'will impact' pupils
Figures compiled by TeachVac show the average English secondary school has advertised for 5.2 posts this year, but in Northamptonshire that number is 7.4.
National Association of Head Teachers president Tony Draper has said this teacher shortage will lead students to 'under perform' in school.
