Webber: ‘I ran out of puff’ dealing with F1 politics
Former Formula 1 driver Mark Webber has told 鶹 Extra Time that he ran out energy trying to deal with the politics involved in the sport.
Mr Webber explained that he put a lot of effort into it early on in his career, but in the end he “ran out puff” dealing with relationships he found “shallow”.
“It’s not always about the stopwatch and the lap time,” he said, “it depends on how far you are prepared to go to have that part contribute to your performance.”
