With the US government shutdown a week old, senior Republicans have been labelled hostage takers for not budging on a budget deal. We ask one of them - congressman Bill Huizenga - how he responds. Vultures or just hedge funds who want their money back? We get the latest on the firms picking over the bones of Argentina's debt default ten years on as they win another legal ruling.
