Fitz asks whether 16 is too young to vote in a general election?

Concerns are being raised at Westminster over suggestions the voting age could be lowered.

The UK government seems to have agreed that some 16 and 17 year olds should be allowed to vote in the Scottish referendum.

One Conservative peer is warning the change would have "huge implications" for the rest of the UK.
