Ashraf Ghani says he has the worst job in the world, but claims real progress is being made. He predicts that the bulk of the remaining NATO troops will be able to withdraw within 4 years. He says the war with the Taliban should properly be seen as a drug war and boasts about his root and branch effort to reform the Afghan government and weed out corruption.
