Who Bombed Birmingham?
The IRA team responsible for the 1974 pub bombings in Birmingham, England, which killed 21 people have never been found and prosecuted. Now, a self-confessed IRA bomb maker says he takes "collective responsibility" for the attack and offers an apology to the victims' families.
