This week Vernon Kay is joined by actor, writer and comedian Paul Whitehouse who鈥檒l be taking us on his 10-song musical journey in this week鈥檚 Tracks of My Years.
Paul - who was a plasterer at the time - was inspired to give comedy a go after working with his friend from University Charlie Higson on a house that was shared by Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie. He first shot to fame appearing on Harry Enfield's Television Programme and went on to establish himself with the cult sketch programme 鈥淭he Fast Show鈥�.

Paul has also appeared in a number of films including 鈥淭he Corpse Bride鈥�, 鈥淎lice In Wonderland鈥�, and 鈥淜ing Of Thieves鈥�, and since 2018 he has enjoyed huge success in 鈥淢ortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing鈥� with Bob Mortimer.

Paul's is set to go back into 鈥淥nly Fools And Horses The Musical鈥�, which he co-wrote with Jim Sullivan, the son of the TV show鈥檚 creator John Sullivan. Paul starred as Grandad in the original West End cast when it opened in February 2019, and he is now reprising his role in the UK tour and we鈥檒l be hearing about that throughout the week
