Also, ahead of the UK general election, Katie continues a series of conversations with culture spokespeople from the main four political parties at Westminster, about their plans for the arts and music. Today she meets Lord Parkinson, the Conservatives鈥� Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Arts, Heritage and Libraries.
