Aldeburgh Festival 2024: Alban Gerhardt and Steven Osborne

Radio 3 in Concert from the Aldeburgh Festival in Suffolk. Cellist Alban Gerhardt and pianist Steven Osborne perform works by Schubert, Britten, Schumann and Debussy.

Two world-class artists play a direct recreation of a seminal moment in Aldeburgh Festival history: the June 1961 recital which saw the world premiere of Britten鈥檚 Cello Sonata, along with works by Schubert, Schumann and Debussy.
