This week, Cerys speaks to national slam poetry champion and recording artist Emmeline. Born in Yorkshire, now based in London, Emmeline started writing and performing over homemade beats, she joined the poetry collective Young Identity in 2017 and began performing at poetry events where she realised her love of performing and how her poetry related to lyrics. She talks to Cerys ahead of debut headline performance and release of her upcoming EP Small-Town Girls And Soft Summer Nights.

Plus, we hear about downhill skateboarding from the stars of the WoolfWomen, a documentary film about five women on a white-knuckle skateboard adventure to an ancient monastery in the Pontic Mountains.

Expect music from Helena Deland, Duke Ellington, The Murlocs and Ballake Sissoko as well as new music from former professional footballer Eric Cantona.
