Cerys curates you an eclectic Sunday soundtrack filled with music from around the globe. Expect a unique blend of eras and genres ranging from jazz to folk, blues to beats with music from Star Feminine Band, Robert Glasper, The Clash and Diana Ross.

This week Cerys's guest is Radio 3 broadcaster Kate Molleson, who tells us about her new book Sound Within Sound: Opening Our Ears To the Twentieth Century, which explores the stories of composers who dared to challenge the conventional world of classical music in the 20th century, from Ethiopia to the Philippines, Mexico and beyond.

Also, historian, folklorist and author John Matthews shares poems from his book of Celtic Verse to transport you to a world of Celtic mythologies and traditions.
