Tom chats to Berlin based DJ, producer and owner of "Fever Am" records, Mor Elian, ahead of her guest mix in The Ravers Hour.
Born in Tel Aviv, Elian moved to Los Angeles for university. There, she spent 10 years immersing herself in the city鈥檚 rave scene as a DJ and promoter.
She moved to Berlin several years ago and her touring schedule quickly picked up. Her music production really gained momentum in 2016, when she released the Drum Vortex EP on Hypercolour and followed it with 'Cymatic Ring' the following year.
In 2017 she put out a cassette tape of ambient electronica called 'Vapor Surplus', which hinted at her latest project.
In 2020 she released Petrichor using the alias Alloy Sea; this is a more downtempo project.
She's just released XOOMIN, the 2nd release under this alias, around which the guest mix is based.
