Cerys is joined by Boogaloo and Latin Soul pioneer Joe Bataan live from New York 鈥� to discuss the new boxset of singles from Craft Latino; It鈥檚 a Good Good Feeling: The Latin Soul of Fania Records, as well as his own journey into music and the key elements and rhythms of Boogaloo.

Writer, broadcaster and food journalist Dan Saladino shares more insights about preserving the world鈥檚 rarest foods, which he learnt whilst researching his latest book 鈥楨ating To Extinction. This month he covers chocolate, cheese, Mexican maize and Svalbard's seed bank.

With music from Shirley Scott, to Falle Nioke Cerys has a mixed bag of records spanning folk, jazz, blues, soul and funk from around the globe. Plus after last weekend's Slow Sunday for World Mental Health Day, Cerys has a ton of your feel good song suggestions.
