Mass anti-government protests in Chile over the past few weeks have seen thousands of arrests and left at least 20 people dead. Concessions by President Pinera's government have failed to defuse the violence and there have been calls for his resignation. In his first interview since the protests began, President Pinera spoke to the 麻豆社's South America Correspondent, Katy Watson.
