Kate and Jason get set for their Children in Need challenge.

Kate and Jason attempt to raise some cash for Children in Need by swimming in the chilly water of Salford Quays.

Their training is complete and the big day is here. The Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad attempt to complete a swim in the chilly waters of Salford Quays to raise money for Children in Need.

Kate Bottley meets Bishop Michael Curry as they reflect on the global reaction to his rousing sermon at the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in May.

And as Hindus around the world prepare to celebrate Diwali, chef Cyrus Todiwala takes Kate and Jason through the culinary preparations ahead of the five day festival of light.

It is one of the most important festivals in the Hindu calendar with over 800 million people marking it in various ways. Chef Cyrus Todiwala takes Kate and Jason through the meaning of Diwali and dishes up some of the sweets that families serve to guests during the five day festival.

The sermon, The Power of Love, has just been published in a book of the same name. Bishop Curry tells Kate about his reaction when he was invited to take part in the Royal wedding and his surprise at the impact his words had in the months after the ceremony.
