Fearne Cotton sits in for Claudia Winkleman and welcomes Charli Howard to the studio.

This Sunday Fearne is joined by model, author and body positivity activist Charli Howard. Charli has written a book called Misfit about her struggles with fitting into the modelling world's ridiculous standards and about learning to embrace her body. She'll be popping by to talk to Fearne about acceptance and body positivity this weekend.

In addition to this Fearne will be brightening our Sunday evenings and easing us into the week ahead with a fantastic selection of tunes, chosen by herself and you. In Fearne鈥檚 Feelgood Factor, she will play two tracks back-to-back 鈥� one from the Noughties, one from the Nineties 鈥� to give you an extra energy boost, and find out which new track has earned the title of Fearne鈥檚 Firecracker.
