Fearne Cotton sits in for Claudia Winkleman and welcomes Sarah Outen to the studio.

This Sunday Fearne is joined by adventurer, author and motivational speaker Sarah Outen. In 2013 Sarah became the first person to row from Alaska to Japan and since then has travelled all over including travelling 25,000 miles looping the Earth's circumference over a 4.5 year period travelling by kayak, bike and rowing boat. She'll be popping by to talk to Fearne all about her thirst for adventure.

In addition to this Fearne will be brightening our Sunday evenings and easing us into the week ahead with a fantastic selection of tunes, chosen by herself and you. In Fearne鈥檚 Feelgood Factor, she will play two tracks back-to-back 鈥� one from the Noughties, one from the Nineties 鈥� to give you an extra energy boost, and find out which new track has earned the title of Fearne鈥檚 Firecracker.
