Carrie Gracie talks about her decision to quit as the 麻豆社's China editor over equal pay. Plus the parents of premature babies calling for extended parental leave.

Carrie Gracie has resigned as the 麻豆社's China editor citing pay inequality with male colleagues. She said the support she has received has been "very moving". The 麻豆社 has said there is "no systemic discrimination against women". She speaks to Jane Martinson about her decision.

A council in London has become one of the first employers in the UK to introduce extended maternity and paternity leave for all staff whose babies are born prematurely. Councillor Clyde Loakes from Waltham Forest Council joins Jane to discuss, as well as Sarah Miles, from the charity The Smallest Things, who has been campaigning for change.

We speak to a woman who said he attacked her and to a charity worker about the support available to women who are victims of sexual assault.
