We report from St Helen's in Merseyside where the Clinical Commissioning Group is bringing district nursing and care together as a single service. It's an innovative approach to social care and the council hopes it will save them money, and provide a better quality of care. Winifred visits Whiston Hospital to see how the idea works in practice.
The Leader of the Welsh Conservatives, Andrew RT Davies, has written to Arriva Trains Wales after concerns passengers are being fined hundreds of pounds and taken to court because they didn't have a train ticket. The passengers argue the ticket machines would not accept cash or weren't working.
